You are responsible for ensuring that mining equipment delivered to our workshop is legally owned and does not contain illicit firmware modifications.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our assessments are observational and based on physical teardown procedures conducted under controlled workshop conditions. Results may differ in your operational environment due to ambient temperature, dust levels, technician experience, and firmware versions.

We are not liable for:

  • Hardware damage occurring outside our documented procedures
  • Decisions made based on our reports regarding hardware purchases or fleet composition
  • Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services and website content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that assessment scores will remain accurate as manufacturers change hardware revisions, or that spare-part lead times will remain consistent.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Korea. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gangwon Province, South Korea.
