For farms that have completed a prior serviceability assessment, we offer on-site hash board replacement and diagnostic visits. Our technicians arrive with a pre-planned disassembly sequence based on your rig’s assessment report, minimizing downtime per board swap.

- Failed board identification using serial diagnostics
- Hot-swap or full-rack extraction depending on rig design
- Thermal pad replacement on reinstalled boards
- Post-repair hashrate verification per slot
- Updated maintenance log entry for your records
Requirements
A completed Hash Board Serviceability Assessment for the rig model in question. We do not perform on-site repairs on unassessed rigs because swap procedures vary significantly between manufacturers.
Pricing
₩120,000 per technician hour, billed in 30-minute increments. Replacement hash boards are charged at distributor cost plus a 12% sourcing fee. Travel beyond 50 km from Chuncheon is billed at ₩1,500/km round trip.
