Who This Is For

Farm operators and independent miners running rigs at 0.05 PH/s or higher who need a documented baseline on how serviceable their hash boards actually are — before a failure forces the question under pressure.

What Is Included

• Full physical teardown of one rig unit with timed board extraction per slot
• Photographed documentation of clip mechanisms, thermal pad conditions, and connector accessibility
• LED and serial diagnostic port reachability test without removing adjacent boards
• Spare hash board availability check through three South Korean distributors
• Written report with a serviceability score (1–10) and ranked improvement steps
• Five-minute video showing the fastest documented board swap sequence

What Is Excluded

• Component-level soldering or chip replacement
• Firmware modification or overclock tuning
• Electrical safety certification
• Assessment of rigs below 0.05 PH/s hashrate

Process

1. Intake call — You describe the rig model, farm location, and any known maintenance pain points.
2. Drop-off or on-site visit — Rig arrives at our Chuncheon workshop, or we schedule a visit within Gangwon Province.
3. Bench work — Two technicians perform the teardown independently; times are averaged.
4. Report delivery — PDF report and video link sent within three business days of intake.

Provider

Assessments are conducted by our senior bench technicians, each with a minimum of four years working on ASIC hash board assemblies in commercial farm environments.
