Refund Policy

Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all paid services offered by Panel Sequoiacore Mining Review Co., Ltd., including Hash Board Serviceability Assessments, Fleet Serviceability Audits, and On-Site Hash Board Repair visits.

Hash Board Serviceability Assessment

Full Refund

A full refund is available if:

We cancel the assessment due to bench unavailability or technician scheduling conflict
Your rig is received but cannot be assessed because it falls below the 0.05 PH/s threshold (determined at intake, before teardown begins)
The assessment report is not delivered within 5 business days of the agreed delivery date, unless delay was caused by factors outside our control (e.g., rig damage discovered during intake requiring client consultation)

Partial Refund

A 50% partial refund is available if:

You cancel after the rig has been received at our workshop but before teardown begins (within 24 hours of intake confirmation)
The assessment is completed but you dispute specific factual measurements. We will re-assess at no charge first; if discrepancies are confirmed, a 50% refund applies

No Refund

No refund is available if:

The assessment report has been delivered and opened/downloaded
Teardown has begun on your rig
You cancel after the 24-hour post-intake window

Fleet Serviceability Audit

Deposit and Cancellation

A 30% deposit is required at booking. Deposit refund terms:

Full deposit refund if cancelled more than 14 days before the scheduled on-site visit
50% deposit refund if cancelled 7–14 days before the visit
No deposit refund if cancelled fewer than 7 days before the visit, unless we can reschedule within 30 days

Full Audit Refund

A full refund of the remaining balance (after deposit) is available if:

We cannot complete the audit due to site access issues not caused by the client
Fewer than 50% of scheduled rig units are accessible for assessment

On-Site Hash Board Repair

Cancellation

More than 48 hours before visit: full refund of any prepaid fees
24–48 hours before visit: 50% of prepaid fees retained to cover scheduling costs
Fewer than 24 hours before visit: no refund of prepaid fees

During the Visit

If repair cannot be completed due to unavailable spare parts or undisclosed hardware modifications:

Labour fees for time already spent are non-refundable
Pre-ordered parts that have been sourced are non-refundable unless the distributor accepts a return

Non-Refundable Items

The following are never refundable:

Replacement hash boards or components ordered on your behalf
Travel charges for completed on-site visits
Rush delivery surcharges once bench work has started
Third-party distributor fees for expedited spare-part shipping

Refund Process

Email info@panel-sequoiacore.click with your invoice number, service date, and reason for the refund request
We acknowledge within 2 business days and review within 5 business days
Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method (bank transfer) within 10 business days
You receive a confirmation email when the refund is initiated

Rescheduling

You may reschedule any booked service once at no charge if the request is made more than 7 days before the scheduled date. A second rescheduling request incurs a ₩50,000 administrative fee.

No-Shows

If your rig is not delivered within 5 business days of the agreed intake date without prior notice, the booking is considered a no-show and any deposit is forfeited. Contact us before the deadline to avoid this.

Work Already Started

Once physical teardown or on-site repair work has begun, the service is considered in progress. Refunds after work has started are limited to the partial refund conditions described above.

Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, reply to our decision email within 14 days with additional documentation. Unresolved disputes are handled under the governing law provisions in our Terms of Service.
