About Panel Sequoiacore

Registered as Panel Sequoiacore Mining Review Co., Ltd. — assessing hash board maintainability since 2019.

The official registered business behind independent mining rig hash board serviceability reviews in South Korea.

Official Business Information

Registered business name: Panel Sequoiacore Mining Review Co., Ltd.

Established: 2019

Registered office: Office 8, 45 Sample-ro, Chuncheon 00000, South Korea

Our History

Panel Sequoiacore began in 2019 when two former farm maintenance technicians in Chuncheon grew tired of manufacturer spec sheets that listed hashrate and power draw but said nothing about what happens when a hash board dies on a Tuesday night. They started timing board swaps on rigs in their own workshop, posting the results in a private forum for Gangwon Province miners.

Word spread. By 2021, three commercial farms were paying for formal assessment reports before purchasing new hardware lots. We registered as a limited company that year and moved into our current office on Sample-ro, where we maintain a cooled bench for rigs rated at 0.05 PH/s and above.

Today we assess rigs from Antminer, Whatsminer, Avalon, and lesser-known manufacturers that appear in the Korean secondary market. Our reports are used by farm operators, hardware resellers, and insurance assessors who need documented evidence of maintainability.

Our Approach

We do not sell mining hardware. We do not run a pool. We do not take commissions from distributors. Every assessment is paid for by the client requesting it, which keeps our scoring independent.

Our technicians work in pairs during teardowns so that timing measurements are averaged rather than dependent on one person’s technique. We photograph every clip, shroud, and connector before disassembly so that the report can be referenced months later when a different technician performs the actual repair.

The Team

Min-jun Choi — Lead bench technician. Former maintenance lead at a 5 PH/s farm in Hongcheon. Specializes in Bitmain and MicroBT hash board assemblies.

Hye-jin Yoon — Assessment coordinator and report author. Electrical engineering background. Maintains our spare-part lead-time database across twelve Korean distributors.

Tae-woo Han — On-site repair technician. Covers Gangwon Province and adjacent regions. Holds a certified electrical work permit for commercial facilities.

Values

  • Document everything. If it is not in the report with a timestamp and photograph, it did not happen.
  • Score honestly. A rig that scores 4/10 on serviceability is not a bad rig — it is a rig whose maintenance cost should be priced into your operation plan.
  • Respect uptime. Our assessment procedures are designed to return your rig to operation the same day whenever possible.
